On October 21st, DXTL hosted an important customer visit. The customers from Brazil specializes in the production of cables, cable connection components, and hardware products. The main purpose of this visit was to explore the purchase of stamping molds for the production of cable hardware components. To welcome the customers, we displayed a welcome message on the exterior wall, while the three screens in the showroom played a continuous loop of the group's English introduction, showcasing the company's international outlook and professional image. The reception team ensured that every detail of the visit, from the customers' arrival to the factory tour, was seamless.
In the meeting room, the customer was presented with a detailed company introduction through a PowerPoint presentation. The representative introduced the company's history, key products, and comprehensive services. Based on the communication, the customer then toured several key areas of the factory, including the CNC machining center, grinding machines, wire cutting equipment, and the JIG machines, which piqued the customers' great interest. The precision of the JIG machines was particularly impressive to the customers. In addition, the quality inspection department left a lasting impression, as the customers placeed great emphasis on mold accuracy, which is ensured by the factory’s advanced precision inspection equipment, guaranteeing micron-level accuracy for every mold.
During the following meeting, both sides engaged in an in-depth discussion about technical details and requirements. The customer inquired about how mold accuracy is maintained, and the factory explained its high-precision machinery with micron-level control and strict quality inspection systems, supported by a range of international brand-name inspection equipment to ensure precision. Regarding production capacity, the factory representative noted that the factory can produce approximately 400 molds per month, fully capable of meeting the customers' needs. The customers currently require around 25 injection molds and 7 stamping molds per year, and we also expressed interest in future cooperation on insert molds. The production cycle was confirmed to be between 45 to 60 days, aligning with the customers' expectations.
During the tour, the customers gained deeper insight into the production processes of each department. The factory demonstrated its capabilities in high-end manufacturing, not only for aerospace components but also for medical and semiconductor industries. The customers were impressed by the factory's versatility, which opened up more possibilities for future collaboration.
This visit gave the customers a comprehensive understanding of DXTL's technological strength, production capacity, and service standards, leading to the preliminary establishment of cooperation. The customers left the visit satisfied, and the factory arranged transportation back to the hotel, laying a solid foundation for long-term collaboration in the future.
